    A file, which is highly probably a virus (it is already detected by other anti-virus programs, but not yet by Dr.Web).

    A file, which is highly probably NOT a virus, but is detected by Dr.Web as a virus. Such virus name contains the “probably” word or the “.origin” postfix.
  4. False detection by Dr.Web heuristic analyzer
    A file, which is highly probably NOT a virus, but is detected by the Dr.Web heuristic analyzer as a virus. Such virus name contains the “probably” word.
  5. False detection by Origins Tracing
    A file, which is highly probably NOT a virus, but is detected by the Origins Tracing™ technology. Such virus name contains the “.origin” postfix.
  6. Request for curing
    A virus already detected by Dr.Web, but appearing again in a computer after the system reboot. This category also covers files the curing for which is incorrect, or not provided at all, but is highly necessary.
